Welcome to Part 1 of “Leadership Moments” – 14 Commandments

In this module we will unpack the 14 Commandments for trust-based leadership. These commandments are covered extensively in Dr Charles du Toit’s book:  “14 Leadership Commandments – Trust-based Leadership in Action”. The book can be purchased from our shop. Alternatively you can divide the 14 commandments amongst your team members, each study up on one and then teach that one to the rest of the group – be creative – make it interesting.

In this module we will first introduce the concept of a leadership moment and then we will systematically unpack the 14 Commandments which have emerged over the past ten years as we have taught the principles of trust-based leadership.

By the end of this module, you will be able to:

• Identify and explain a typical leadership moment
• Fully understand each of the 14 Commandments of trust-based leadership
